1. Our services

CpaTools Pro sells digital services, software licenses, and online accounts. Every offering lists its scope, deliverables, and price on its service page. Anything outside that listed scope requires a separate custom quote agreed before work begins.

2. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed through this website and paid in cryptocurrency via our payment provider. Your email address is required at checkout so we can deliver and communicate about your order.

Prices are in US dollars. The crypto amount you pay is converted at the rate shown by the payment provider at checkout. The provider's confirmation is final for payment purposes.

3. Delivery

Delivery is handled manually by our team through email or Telegram. Timeframes are stated on each service page and are estimates for typical cases. Custom work follows the milestones agreed in writing before the project starts.

4. Acceptable use

You are responsible for using purchased tools, data, and accounts in compliance with the laws and platform rules that apply to you. We do not condone spam, fraud, or any unlawful activity with anything bought here.

• Do not resell software unless your license explicitly allows it, such as a reseller license
• Do not use accounts or data for harassment, deception, or illegal purposes
• Do not attempt to redistribute scraped data as a competing dataset service

5. Licenses

Software products are licensed, not sold. A single user license covers one device. A reseller license permits creating and selling licenses as described on the product page. Source code licenses grant the rights stated on the product page. All licenses are lifetime unless the page says otherwise.

6. Warranties and liability

We deliver what is described on each service page and fix defects in delivered work. Beyond that, services and software are provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses caused by how you use what you purchased. Our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for that order.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the catalog and business evolve. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Orders placed before a change follow the terms in effect at purchase time.
