1. What we collect
When you place an order we collect the email address you provide, the service and plan you chose, and the payment reference from our payment provider. That is the full list.
2. What we do not collect
No accounts, no passwords, no browsing profiles, no tracking pixels, no behavioral advertising. We do not ask for your name, address, or card details because we do not need them.
3. Payments
Crypto payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. They handle the transaction and see the payment data on their side under their own privacy policy. We only receive the order reference and payment status.
4. Chat and support
Our site includes the Tawk.to chat widget. If you message us through chat or through email or Telegram, we keep that conversation so we can help you. We do not use it for marketing lists.
5. How long we keep data
Order records are kept as long as needed to deliver, support, and account for the transaction. You can ask us to delete your data at any time and we will remove everything we are not legally required to keep.
6. Your choices
You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Email us and we will handle it, usually the same day.
7. Third-party services
The only external services this site relies on are the payment provider and the chat widget. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else, ever.
